1. The Service

AsiaBio.Link provides a URL shortening and link management platform including:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice. Feature availability varies by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

To access most features you must create an account with a valid email address. By registering you certify that:

• arrow_right You are at least 13 years of age (16 in the EEA)
• arrow_right The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• arrow_right You will maintain the security of your password and not share account credentials
• arrow_right You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• arrow_right You will not create multiple free accounts for the same person or entity

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. AsiaBio.Link is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use AsiaBio.Link only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• close Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security features of the service
• close Use the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure
• close Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems
• close Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to create links in bulk without our written consent
• close Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• close Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• close Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages

4. Prohibited Content

You may not create short links that point to, or facilitate the distribution of, content that:

• block Is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law
• block Contains malware, spyware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code
• block Is phishing, fraud, or is designed to deceive users into revealing personal information
• block Infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
• block Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial communication
• block Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• block Promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or hate crimes
• block Promotes violence, harassment, or harm against any individual or group
• block Contains unconsented explicit sexual content involving real individuals
• block Violates the privacy of others (e.g. non-consensual intimate imagery)
• block Promotes illegal drugs, firearms, or other regulated substances in violation of law

5. API Access

Paid plan subscribers may access the AsiaBio.Link REST API using a personal API token generated from their dashboard. By using the API you agree to:

• arrow_right Keep your API token confidential — treat it like a password
• arrow_right Use the API only for your own account and not to impersonate other users
• arrow_right Stay within the rate limits published in the API documentation (default: 60 requests/minute)
• arrow_right Not use the API to bulk-create spam, phishing, or otherwise prohibited links
• arrow_right Immediately revoke and regenerate your token if you suspect it has been compromised

We reserve the right to throttle or revoke API access at any time if abuse is detected. See the API documentation for full endpoint reference and rate limit details.

6. Custom Domains

Eligible plan subscribers may connect their own domain names to AsiaBio.Link for branded short links. By connecting a domain you confirm that:

• arrow_right You own or have the legal right to use the domain
• arrow_right You will not use the domain to impersonate another person or organization
• arrow_right You accept that domain approval is subject to our review and may be rejected or revoked at any time
• arrow_right You understand that if your subscription downgrades below the custom domain tier, branded links will revert to the default AsiaBio.Link domain

AsiaBio.Link is not responsible for domain registration, renewal, or DNS configuration fees.

7. Tracking Pixels

AsiaBio.Link allows you to attach third-party retargeting pixels (Facebook, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) to your short links. By using this feature you agree that:

• arrow_right You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents from link visitors before firing tracking pixels, in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, and any other applicable privacy laws
• arrow_right You will not use pixels to collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, political, religious information) without explicit informed consent
• arrow_right You will maintain an up-to-date privacy policy on your own website disclosing your use of retargeting pixels
• arrow_right AsiaBio.Link is not responsible for how third-party pixel platforms process the data collected through your links

8. Billing & Plans

8.1 Free Plan

The Free plan allows you to create a limited number of short links per month as described on our pricing page. Free links are subject to all Terms and policies.

8.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All prices are shown in USD and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. By subscribing you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

8.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of a paid plan after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8.4 Refund Policy

All payments are processed manually by our team. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of payment approval if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@asiabio.link. No refunds are issued for partial months or for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time through your dashboard or by emailing support@asiabio.link. Upon cancellation:

• arrow_right Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• arrow_right Links will remain functional during that period
• arrow_right After the period ends, paid features will be downgraded to Free plan limits
• arrow_right You may export your link data (CSV/JSON) before closing your account
• arrow_right Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure

10. Intellectual Property

Our content: The AsiaBio.Link platform, brand, logo, design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to AsiaBio.Link. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of the URLs and metadata you submit. By using the service you grant AsiaBio.Link a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

11. Termination

AsiaBio.Link reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, with or without notice, for:

• close Any violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• close Creating or distributing prohibited content
• close Abusive behavior toward our team or other users
• close Payment failure or fraudulent activity
• close Any activity that may expose AsiaBio.Link to legal liability

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue in effect.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AsiaBio.Link and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• remove Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• remove Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• remove Damages resulting from unauthorized access or use of your account
• remove Damages resulting from any third-party content accessible via short links
• remove Interruption or cessation of the service

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to AsiaBio.Link in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsiaBio.Link and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you create, share, or distribute through the service.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in a country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain any rights granted to you by those laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email and/or a prominent notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of AsiaBio.Link after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
